Palm Beach Villa with Sea view

This Beautiful Villa is situated between Polis and Pomos, just entering the village of Nea Dhimata. The property is fully furnished with a modern fitted kitchen and washing machine, Living/Dining room with a TV, Settee, matching chairs and table. Also there is a shower/WC, two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. (Electric fans provided.) 

Palm Beach Villa

Under the elevated property there are two self contained apartments, so if there are six of you, 2 additional people may use one of the apartments. The other apartment is used by the owners from time to time, purely for their own use and will not disturb you around the pool or in your villa/apartment if they are there. The apartment is not let separately.

TV Room

There are patio doors with beautiful views, these lead to a surrounding patio and at the rear of the property are stairs which lead you to the swimming pool and patio for your private use, with sun beds, tables, chairs and a BBQ to relax and watch the sunsets. There are steps at the bottom of the garden, which lead straight onto the beach. The villa is furnished with all utensils, bedding and towels etc.., just bring your own beach towel.
